New England owns a 73-43-1 record all time. The Buffalo Bills (5-9) Traveling to Foxboro for a 1 p.m. Eastern Conflict Sunday against the likely AFC East champion New England Patriots (9-5), and this Is the first time rookie quarterback Josh Allen will Begin against Bill Belichick and the Patriots. The last time these two teams met, Oct. 29 in Orchard Park on Monday Night Football, Derek Anderson was the Bills’ quarterback–was signed to bail out a quarterback-starved Buffalo team. Anderson played like a quarterback who’d been chasing his kids around the living room a few weeks before, and despite holding Tom Brady to zero passing touchdowns, the Bills suffered a 25-6 loss. Last year, the Bills fell a 37-16 decision to the Patriots in Foxboro. Buffalo has split its last four meetings at Foxboro, winning 16-0 on Oct. 2, 2016–when Brady was suspended–and 17-9 on Dec. 28, 2014 in a game where Belichick sat many of his starters, including Brady for the entire second half.
